The airport is located on Sandown road at Bembridge and is home to the Isle of Wight's only hard surfaced runway. It is also the headquarters of the UK's last private aircraft manufacturing company, Britten-Norman. Other airfield users include the aircraft paint facility operated by Aero-Composites and Vectis Gliding Club.

The runway is open to the public 7 days a week throughout the year with no PPR for radio equipped traffic during licensed hours.

One of the few remaining truly GA friendly airfields in the UK, Bembridge is ready to welcome you to its new Aeroclub facilities.
