Customs General Aviation Report If you would like to download an HM Customs General Aviation Report form,

The form should be submitted by fax to
Bembridge ATC on 01983 871566. Forms must arrive 4 hours before all flights to / from the
EU, and 12 hours before all flights to / from the Common Travel Area (NI, Eire, CI &
IOM). Please note that we cannot action GAR forms outside licensed hours (eg Flight to
Europe at 0900 must be sent during working hours the previous day).
Working hours are defined as licensed hours
